The Booking Process

Pay your $50 deposit & return your contract to lock it in.
The remaining balance will be due 7 days prior to your session.

Fill out a short questionnaire so I can get to know you.
We’ll plan the details—location, outfits & timing.

Session & Delivery
Relax, have fun & enjoy your experience! Within 2–4 weeks your gallery will arrive — either for you to choose your favourites or as a full collection, ready to enjoy & share.

Frequently asked questions
How are the photos delivered? Do you provide sneak previews?
I don’t provide sneak previews, as I love delivering the gallery all at once so you can experience the complete story & range of emotions. Professionally edited images are delivered anywhere within 2-4 weeks, & your downloadable gallery will be sent to your email.
What If I need to cancel?
✨ Reschedules are always encouraged where possible.
- 24+ hours notice: rescheduling is free of charge.
- less than 24 hours notice: a one-off $50 reschedule fee will apply.
✨ Cancellations (without reschedule): your $50 deposit is non-refundable if you choose to cancel your session completely.
✨ If I'm the one rescheduling due to illness or an emergency, you’ll receive extra images as a thank you.
✨Poor weather: we’ll decide together whether to continue or reschedule.
My children don’t always listen & may not smile for the camera. What should I do?
Our sessions aren’t about forcing smiles—they’re about real family connections. By the end, we’ll capture a beautiful range of expressions, showing your kids just as they are.
With my background in teaching, I’ve seen all kinds of behaviours & know how to stay patient & calm, so there’s no need to worry or stress.
My partner doesn’t like photos! How do I convince her/him to come?
Try reframing it for your partner: it’s not about awkwardly standing in front of a camera & smiling the whole time. It’s about spending time together as a family—playing games, tickling each other, cuddling, & letting the kids run around—capturing genuine, joyful moments you’ll actually remember.

Does Clare Curtis Photography travel?
I offer free travel within a 10km radius of Parkes. For each additional km outside of this, a $1.00 per total km travelled charge will apply.
